Registration Form
Day 1: Tuesday, May 7th
9:00 AM: Doors open, registration, and welcome coffee.
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Opening ceremony, briefing of challenges, Tour to MITC
10:30 : Quick idea recap by selected idea owners for team formation. Mentor matching.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Teamwork begins with ideation, planning, and initial development.
12:20 – Short inspiration session.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch break.
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Continuation of building with mentor guidance.
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Training session on ”Finding Production-Manufacturing Fit and Product Market Fit.”
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Teams refine their projects and work on the preparation of their MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
5:00 PM: End of Day 1. Optional networking session for teams and mentors.
Day 2: Wednesday, May 8th
9:00 AM: Start
9:30 AM – 11:30 PM: Teams work on finalizing their MVP and begin preparation for their presentation. Mentor support available.
11:30 PM – 12:00 PM – A pitch training session to help teams prepare for their final presentations.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break. 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Teams practice their pitches and finalize their demonstrators with guidance from mentors and pitch trainers.
2:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Final presentations. Each team presents their solution to the judges and audience.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Closing ceremony with awards.
