Welcome to an open network event 25 th of September at Munktells in Eskilstuna

Sweden is home to hundreds, even thousands, of highly skilled engineers with international experience and cutting-edge knowledge. Many are former Northvolters. Many are graduates from our universities. Many want nothing more than to contribute, stay and grow here.

At the same time, industry leaders and politicians alike tell us we face a major skills shortage. So why is this top-tier talent still left out of our companies?

Let’s talk openly and constructively about the gap between intention and action – and what we, as individuals and organizations, can actually do to change it. This is not about blame – it’s about opportunity.

  • What stands in the way?
  • What role do hiring routines, networks, culture, and unconscious bias play?
  • What can companies, managers, and team members do today to open the doors wider?

Sweden has everything it needs to lead Europe in inclusive industrial innovation – but we’re not there yet. This event is a call for curiosity, collaboration, and courage. Let’s build something better together.

Open to all. We promise honest conversations, real experiences, and inspiration to act. We look forward to welcoming you – let’s make industry better, together.
